Founded in 2019 by her son, Jerome Fulton, Jr., the Angel B. Wilson Foundation is dedicated to supporting individuals who have lost a loved one to gun violence. Our mission is to provide mentorship, emotional and financial support, and access to critical resources for those in need. We are committed to helping students and families navigate financial and academic challenges, ensuring they have the tools to build a brighter future.

Angel Bennette Wilson was born on August 30, 1972, in Miami, FL. She had a deep love for fashion, hair, and, above all, her family. Tragically, on December 1, 1998, at just 26 years old, Angel’s life was cut short when she was shot and killed by a gang in Miami.

Her passing was a devastating loss, but her legacy lives on. This foundation was created in her honor—to ensure that others impacted by senseless violence receive the support, resources, and opportunities they deserve.
